Dajabón, Dominican Republic.-The Union of Dajabón Neighborhood Boards (UJVD) on Wednesday stated their support the cleanup, control and ban on the noise of that border city, which the Inter-institutional Council develops for the organization, supervision and control of civil society.

In a statement, the barrio organization said it supports the Inter-institutional Council’s proposal as the way to provide the townsfolk’s tranquility.

The urban group, headed by Juan Batista and Altagracia Carrasco, said they will provide follow-up “to the possible misdeeds” committed in their residencial zones  “We will maintain active denunciations as one way to accomplish a better quality of life within its inhabitants.”

The (UJVD) asked the authorities and other organizations in the municipality to support its effort and the Inter-institutional Council to organize and supervise the civil society.
