Santo Domingo.- President Leonel Fernandez Wednesday night headed the ceremony for the release of the book ‘Government Communications Cabinets: the Dominican experience,’ by the Presidency’s Press Director Rafael Núñez

In the book the author describes the country’s lingering deficiencies in the topic, but called the Government’s current policy, “an authentic communication and information system.”

In the work by the veteran journalist, Nuñez said the book compiles the communication practices by the Presidency’s Press and Publicity Office, which has harnessed the information from nearly 200 government agencies
