Santo Domingo.- Well known Dominican comedian Frank Suero died early Wednesday morning at the city's Plaza de la Salud hospital.
He was best known for his television appearances in shows like “La Opción de las 12”, on Telemicro, channel 5. He would depict several characters like “La Sexy” and “Lotería del Campo”, as well as several musical parodies and local movie roles. According to doctors, Suero had a history of chronic kidney problems, diabetes and arterial hypertension.
The comedian, who was 50 years old and had nine children, will be laid to rest at the Cristo Redentor cemetery on Thursday morning.
