SD.- The exclusive chef of the hotel boutique Tortuga Bay in Puntacana Resort & Club, Romain Valicon, will represent Dominican Republic in the “So Amazing Chefs” competition slated for  Thailand’s So Bangkok Sofitel, from September 25 to 29.
