Los Angeles, Ca.- Bachata, merengue and salsa filled the hills of Hollywood on Tuesday night as Dominican music ambassador Juan Luis Guerra made his historic Hollywood Bowl debut accompanied by the Los Angeles Symphony Orchestra, under world famous Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel.
The Hollywood Bowl is the most famous outdoor concert stage in North America. Backed by his 4-40 band, Guerra electrified Angelinos with his international hits like "Ojala que llueva cafe" and "Burbujas de amor".
The multi-Grammy award-winner was called back three times the by the full house crowd.
Los Angeles is home to the largest Latin population in the United States and most in the audience knew all the lyrics and sang along with icon Guerra. As concertgoers danced in the aisles Guerra also performed songs from his new CD JLG.
