LOS ANGELES. - The Latin Recording Academy of America in Los Angeles today announced the nominees for the 13th Latin Grammy Awards, a list headed by Dominican Juan Luis Guerra with six, followed by the Mexican duo Jesse & Joy with 5.

The Latin Grammy ceremony is slated for November 15 in the auditorium at the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The organization will recognize this year's artists in 47 performance categories, one more than in 2011, although the main change will be the 10 nominees for the awards Best Album, Best Song, Best Lyrics and Best New Artist of the Year, and not 5 as before.
