Montego Bay, Jamaica.-  The Sandals Foundation, philanthropic division of Sandals Resort International, joined American Airlines and its regional carrier American Eagle, to finance the shipment of necessary supplies for the victims of the earthquake in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

As a result of this collaboration, the Sandals Foundation is financing 10 humanitarian aid flights from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Haiti, whereas American is coordinating the logistics for the supplies.

The missions began Tuesday, February 2, and will continue three times per week until Tuesday, February 23.
