MOCA, Dominican Republic.- Bachata heartthrob Zacarías Ferreira inaugurated a rural school in Los Amaceyes, Espaillat province, as part of his project “For Education.”

The “bachatero” built the school in collaboration with the San Víctor City Council and the community, to benefit hundreds of poor kids with nowhere to go for learning.

OK, OK............ an excellent display of a true humanitarian, but one thing is to be charitable and help your fellow man, but a heartthrob???????

Yes, a heartthrob Is that not streching it a bit???

Wel,l I am quite sure that he has his share of female followers as it may be common for most musical artists, but he aint no Ricky Martin or Luis Miguel to put him in the same category of HEARTHROB

More of this real physical show of compassion for the nation's poor is needed in DR. Congratulations to Zacarías Ferreira. Showing Gmiller, et al, that not all Dominicans are in it for themselves. But of course this is not what they like to see or pay attention to. De nuevo, Arriba Ferreira!

From: Dominican Republic, I dislike all politicians and their afiliated parties... "I simply say it AS IT IS!!"
By the way, who ever is saying he is not a HEARTROB - for most of Dominicans beauty is not external, but Internal.

We find beauty in our heart. As a result, he is a HEARTROB.

I saw him once, I didn't recognize him and he was visibly pissed off; my friend whom knew him apologized for me.

No disrespect to anthony santos but i think he has a dirty mouth. Ferreira is a better example for the bachata world.
