Santo Domingo.- Labor Minister Francisco Dominguez Thursday announced he’ll work to amend various articles of the Labor Code relating to domestic workers, to support those unregistered employees.
The official said starting next week his department will begin an offensive in Congress to promote the 189th International Labor Organization Convention (ILO).
He said the situation of exclusion of domestic workers is cause for concern and that it’s essential to adapt current legislation to promote decent work. "It will not be easy but new tools such as the 189 ILO Convention will increase the adoption of adequate measures so domestic workers have proper social security protection and other labor rights."

What ever happen to these concerns in the last 12yrs ? Did we have a president or like everything else A TEMPORARY PRESIDENT like the court system and their judges.
I would love to see someone take a 3" belt with a mustang buckle to leonel ass.
