Santo Domingo.– ESPN and Cultiva Entertainment signed an agreement making ESPN Deportes the official broadcaster of the Caribbean Series in the United States.

The Caribbean Series will be played between 2 February and 7 February in Santiago de los Caballeros.

ESPN will offer exclusive coverage of the tournament including the inaugural game between the Dominican Republic and Venezuela on 2 February.

This is great news! Nothing better than a sports event broadcasted in such an important channel. Specially baseball, where there's no doubt that the DR exceeds!

Guys, my brtoher jus came back and told me that PR is not participating this year, is that true? he also told me that DR will have two teams instead of an all star team, is that true? I am afraid if this is the case, becuase then the DR tam will be diluted a little bit by having to share the star players. I think that he is pulling my leg, please tell that he is. lol
