(1) Felix Sanchez, a Dominican American, who won the gold medal at 2003 Pan Am Games in the Santo Domingo, competing for the Dominican Republic.

(2) Some "John Doe" from the USA who flew to Santo Domingo in 2003 and watched Felix Sanchez compete in the Pan AM Games.
