ANAHEIM.- Dominican Today will cover the final events slated for the Anaheim Convention Center, in Southern California, where reports on the happenings leading up the annual All Star Game will be filed until tonight Tuesday.

The events are open to all ages, especially young baseball fans, as the many activities for children include "Steal a Base, and Home Run Derby."  

Among the many visitors is Dominican baseball icon Juan Marichal, one of several baseball stars on hand for the 81st Annual sporting event, in Anaheim Stadium, home of the Angels baseball team.

The Home Run Derby featured the best swingers in both the American and National leagues, won by David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox.
