Santo Domingo.- Dominican Winter Baseball champions, Santo Domingo’s Leones, received the National Flag from president Danilo Medina, in a National Palace ceremony on Tuesday.

Leones president Luis Manuel Bonetti and vice president Jose Miguel Bonetti received the flag accompanied by manager Audo Vicente, players, executives and the coaching staff.

"Don’t let it down. Keep the banner flying high," the president said to the Leones, who head to the Caribbean Baseball Series in Hermosillo, Mexico.
