Dominican Johnny Cueto leads National League All-Star vote

New York. – One day of voting down, three to go. Morethan 44 million votes cast (more than double YTD), tens of millions to go.Today’s leaders – Johnny Cueto of the Cincinnati Reds and Mike Moustakas of theKansas City Royals – are in place.

Will they hold those leads over the final three daysamidst the forthcoming tens of millions of votes? It’s this furious voting paceand creative campaigning that defines the Esurance MLB All-Star Game Final Vote(#FinalVote), held exclusively on MLB.com and the individual Club sites.

Cueto has 4.7 million votes to top an extremely tight NLrace, once led yesterday by St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Carlos Martinez, wherethe top four players are within one percent of each other.

In the AL, Moustakas has 7.5 million votes, but isfollowed closely by Brian Dozier (Minnesota Twins) and Yoenis Cespedes (DetroitTigers) who have been gaining ground on the Royals third baseman.

As of 8 a.m. EST, the complete 2015 Esurance MLB All-StarGame Final Vote standings are:

Fans are casting votes for the Esurance MLB All-Star GameFinal Vote on MLB.com and the Club sites and can continue voting until 4 p.m.(EST) on Friday, July 10.

In addition, fans can use their mobile devices to vote atMLB.com/vote or via text message. To receive the ballot, text the word"VOTE" to 89269. To vote for a specific player, fans can text thechoice to 89269.

TWITTER VOTE BACK FOR FOURTH YEAR – FRIDAY, JULY 10 ONLY

The MLB All-Star Game Final Vote will include socialballoting, as Twitter support from the 10 candidates’ fans over the last sixhours of balloting will count toward their final vote totals.

From 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (EST) on Friday, July 10, any tweetthat includes a designated player hashtag (noted above) will be tabulated aspart of the official vote total used to determine the AL and NL winners.

The 2015 All-Star Game will be played at Great AmericanBall Park on Tuesday, July 14.
