Dominicans compete in renowned Athletics Tournament in Cuba

Santo Domingo.- Eighteen Dominicans are among the athletes attending the Jose Barrientos In Memoriam Athletics Tournament, which starts today at the Pan American Stadium in Havana.

In addition to host Cuba (100 athletes) and the Dominican Republic, other countries that confirmed their participation are the US (28 athletes), Guatemala 15 and Mexico 11.

Other delegates who will take part in the oldest track and field tournament in the Caribbean are from Chile, Honduras, Colombia, Saint Lucia, Guadeloupe, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas and Curazao.
