SANTO DOMINGO .- Dominican Republic will start testing digital television signals in the airwaves at the end of November through the official TV station CERTV Channel 4, said Dominican Telecomm Institute (Indotel) president Jose Rafael Vargas.
He said as a country we have to choose either of these standards, for which Indotel works in this process and is "doing consultations with industry and evaluating what are the Dominican nation's best interests."
