this has lots of openings to make fun of Indotel with all the illiteracy in schools they are putting the internet in prisons...But I suppose there is many good parts to this if strict supervision is used

I had to think a long time as well but it is something I cannot wholly condemn ....but nor can I defend it...I think of family connections for those whose family have to travel great distances to visit...nothing can be worse than this separation for mothers ,sons and daughters

The key words in this article are "Correctional Rehab Center," Which is encouraging.

I am guessing this prison isn't for viloent crimes and more for a the ones who got off track with their lives. This is good start and I can't see anything negative in rehabilitation.

Since our education system denies our children the very basic right to learn, which in many cases leads to a criminal life, perhaps this second chance at learning will benefit those who have gone astray. However, to truly benefit from this opportunity, the usage of these computers must be monitored.

(If not supervised we will have to suffer the raving and rantings of more posters such as Belial.)
