Santo Domingo .- The Dominican Telecomm Institute (Indotel) in alliance with the Casa de la Cultura, the Patronato Pro Development of Villa Altagracia (Paprodeva) and community sectors of this township, opened a Computer Training Center (CCI) in the rebuilt Villa Altagracia Recreation Club, equipped at a cost of around RD$4 million.

The activity was headed by Indotel director Jose Rafael Vargas, the deputy Sergio Vargas and Paprodeva president Ramon Elpidio German, among other local personalities.
