Santo Domingo.– POWERi Technologies, the fastest growing and most recognized interactive marketing agency and digital PR firm in the U.S. The agency officially opened offices at Playa Real #21, Costambar in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

‘Having offices in the Dominican Republic is in line with POWERi Technologies’ continued efforts to increase its footprint in the Caribbean. Our focus and expertise in the travel and tourism industry makes the Dominican Republic the next logical step in our expansion plans,’ states David Andrade, CEO of POWERi Technologies

The new offices come on the heel of the agency hosting two successful seminars for the Caribbean hotel and tourism industry in Antigua and Barbuda and the Turks & Caicos Islands respectively. POWERi executives collaborated with the Antigua Hotels & Tourist Association and the Turks & Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association, and attracted over 100 participants who learned how to leverage the internet to market effectively to their niche clients and prospects.

POWERi hopes to tap into a growing Hispanic market by offering its award winning services and products to an expanding travel and tourism market in the Dominican Republic.

"POWERi Technologies is an interactive marketing agency which offers brand development, flash design and online advertising services" (http://www.poweri.com) .. they design web sites .. any new jobs will most likely be created in Bangalore, India .. the current Mecca of web design firms .. unless the web design firms at our local Technology Park can outbid Bangalore on the design contracts ..
