Santo Domingo.– Amdocs has announced that Dominican Telecommunications Company (CODETEL) has deployed its CES (customer experience systems) for convergent wireline, wireless, broadband and IPTV billing, ordering and customer relationship management.

"Amdocs' CRM, ordering and billing products are proven to support any line of business, and will enable America Movil to reduce operational expenditures, while fulfilling the vision of delivering innovative multi-play offerings."

CODETEL uses Amdocs for wireless billing and has now expanded its use to support its wireline, IPTV and broadband Internet business. Amdocs has enabled CODETEL to consolidate systems across multiple lines of business on integrated Amdocs software, and CODETEL has also deployed Amdocs' customer management products for ordering.
