SANTO DOMINGO. - With the participation of representatives from Spain, Cuba, Colombia, Venezuela, France, Argentina, Ecuador, Pakistan and Dominican Republic, the “Second World Congress on Information and Knowledge: Technological aspects,” was inaugurated Wednesday in the Central Bank auditorium.

The event, which began at 9 a.m., will be conducted in the facility until today Friday, with various activities.

The Dominican Telecom Institute hosts the event, headed by its president Jose Rafael Vargas.
