ISO 9001 etc is HUGE! I have worked for companies that maintain these engineering and quality standards in the US and it is very difficult to achieve and maintain. Somehow I find this a little hard to believe, but if this has been verified (which it is supposed to be through outside sources) then they deserve a BIG congratulations for this achievement. They should be very proud and deservedly so!

You must be drinking the same rum they are. The Electricity goes out 3 times a day, during that time there is no A/C, sump pumps don't work, no refrigeration, kids can't play outside, people can't walk at Mirador Sur. OH yea, I forgot....It's Dominica !! If we say it is so, then it must be so. It is sad.
