I've been around the education system long enough to know how to pin-point students with high potential and eager to represent the goals of specific projects. In any country, scholarships, bursaries, special projects are also offered to "foreign" students..... Standards of education do go beyond race you know...

Some people are multilingual not all far from all Im guessing but there are. I forget what grade but they teach you how to speak latin well not anymore, spanish and english. Thats what my moms friends tell me and my cousins in haiti. We are smart but some of our parent didn't get opportunities to finish school or they finished it but didn't go to college. Which is what situation is being seen in my opinion which is why Haiti needs the young people to finish school and help rebuild and reconstruct the government . Like my mom she stopped in the 8th grade. She didn't want to get beat anymore for no reason. She didn't get a chance to continue either. So she just worked from that age and on.

To tell me that people learn Latin in Haiti is to be really clueless to that fact that most people in Haiti do not receive an education and of those only the ones in elite schools would learn Latin .
