Santo Domingo .- Latino Commission on AIDS president Dennis de Leon said the Dominican singer Kat DeLuna is its new International ambassador for 2008.

The singer will receive the title from the current ambassador Gael García Bernal on May 13, at Cipriani Wall Street during "Cielo Latino” (Latino Heaven), the main fund-raising venue for the Latino community's fight against AIDS.
