They clearly demonstrate daily power outages in the Barcelona, Puerto La Cruz area, an area that is home to about 1 million people. One article stated there were 6, 12 hour plus outages in 5 days in one area thats right one lasted almost 24 hours. 2 massive almost half country blackouts in 4 months and you pass it off like it is normal under socialism, but under capitolism it is a criminal act. Loss of electrical service is loss of electrical service. Since Chavez has taken office and socialized the Elec. co's it has gotten worse.
