Santo Domingo.– The Dominican capital will host between Thursday, 2 October and Saturday, 11 October, the 10th Muestra Internacional de Cine de Santo Domingo.

The festival will take place at Palacio del Cine in Bella Vista Mall on Sarasota Avenue. Showings include films from Mexico, Chile, Cuba, France, Argentina, Bolivia and Germany, which is the invited country this year.

Films start showing at 5 PM, with three screenings each evening. The festival opens with Hanami, a German film by Doris Dorrie, scheduled for Wednesday, October 1st at 7 PM.
