I've been wondering what the state of DR's film industry is like since I moved here two months ago. I haven't been able to really find a company with equipment for rent. I think there is one in Cabarete. Anyone have any info. I am a film maker from Canada and am dieing to direct another film, what with finding great inspiration here in DR. Currently living in Puerto Plata and have travelled around a little, I think there are great stories here waiting to be told. Especially in times like this when the entire country is poised to explode, everyone needs a little entertainment.
