Santo Domingo.– The first Spanish Food Festival will take place at the Melia Santo Domingo hotel from 17 to 30 November with daily cooking shows at its Da Vinci Restaurant both for lunch and dinner.

According to Chef Adriano Cortes, expert in rice dishes from the Restaurante L'Albufera in Sevilla, Spain will be here for the two-week festival.

Dominican food lovers will also be delighted by the creations of Spanish chef Jorge Fernandez.
