Santo Domingo.- The Dominican publicist and cinema student Nelson Carlo De Los Santos won first place of the Bafta Scotland New Talent Awards prizes last month, after obtaining a scholarship of interchange with the College Of Art of Edinburgh, Scotland.

The winning film is an experimental short titled ‘SheSaid HeWalks HeSaid SheWalks’, which looks into the errors in the relations of couples.

The short was also pre selected for other important festivals of the genre and will even be exhibited in the famous International Festival of Shorts of Oberhausen, as one of the invited films in the First Director category.
