Love the "news" of a 1000 bikini wearers at Juan Dolio.
How about completing the story by writing the day and time of the event?
Might be worth the drive for a day away from La Romana.

Sorry, those are the ugliest, old fashion bikinis I have seen in a very long time. Plus, I have never enjoyed seeing young girls with "Tramp Stamps" on their lower bellies. Makes them look cheap. My opinion only. These girls need a bit of sun, they all look too pastey white to be Caribenas.

These women look good unless you want Haitian? There is no need to expose them to UVA just to make them more African unless you want them to get cancer?

Juango.

Tramp Stamps, A.K.A. "Targets" are on the small of the back.
The Tatoos these "girls" have are called "Detours". As in a detour on the way down. Either way it screams Slut, Skank and Stupid!!!

It is amazing that by just taking one visual inspection of a picture (where no tatoos are visible) a poster here immediately accused the posing team of prostitutes.

This mental bias developed by false perceptions and personal history permeates throughout our society. Those girls are typical Dominican and yet the posters here displayed criticism, biased, and even gender discrimination.

Yet when pictures of Congoloid Dominican females are shown you rarely see these type of criticism.

Roso...Typical Dominican? More like typical Mid-Upper/Upper ClassFair skin Dominican... But what do I know. I voiced my say and I do see Tramp Stamps, or they are identical birthmarks?.....Your caustic comments are not worthy of an educated person (which you are), Commets about wanting Haitians? African? You obviously have an issue with skin color..... grow up,,, state your opinion on the story/article and stop showing you racist roots...

Typical upper class? Again another skin color/facial morphology/hair texture bias that delineate a casuality between race and economic status.

Incredible the more the poster writes the more that closet of biased perceptions comes out. THERE IS NO BOTTOM TO THAT PIT OF BIAS!

Stupid? Incredible! Where does the picture say that they are stupid? There is no doubt that most posters here discriminate based on optics! I hope that none of you should ever get into a position of managing or administrating people in DR!

The Tattoos scream; "I am stupid. I do anything when people say it is cool."

"Who think they are "White"?"
Huh?
There are women of every color who, if only given a meal, would suck the chrome off a cadillac.
I love women of every color.
The one second on the right is cute.

Come on Roso,,,My comment regarding social status, was not based on their appearance. It is the simple fact most, typical young ladies in the DR are working their asses off to make some money to help pay the family bills. Yes, even on a Saturday. In todays economy, not many so-called Middle class young adults can afford to play at the beach except Holiday and a few Sundays. No need to mention the largest class, the poor....they have to struggle daily. Beach Party ..forget it, not even in their fantasy, can they wish that luxury..

"they all look too pastey white to be Caribenas"

I guess I'm not Caribbean either because I'm lighter than all of them. Never mind that I'm tri-racial and have roots in the island from all sides going back generations. Another ignorant statement.

Anyone, male or female, who sees a photo like this, in the month of July, and immediately begins spouting off theories of class and color, has got some serious hang-ups.

Give it rest, willya?

thanks you badinage...Hey Ciby. Not an ignorant statement. The Caribbean natives/people are all of Indian, Afro-India, Afro origins... I used the wrong term earlier, as you are so sensative,,, how does "pale" vs "white" sound. Most of you are too hung up on race. Open up your foolish (not ignorant) eyes... and take a deep breath before make judgements. Your ancestors were not native if you are as pale as you state... Perhaps going back generation yes, but still most probably Caucasian of European decent somewhere.. not native Caribbean...

"Most of you are too hung up on race. "

You obviously are one of them. You made the initial comment negating the Caribbean origin of these women because they weren't what you deemed to be the proper color. And of course I have European blood in my veins. What do you think "tri-racial" implies?

Cibby,
Good point, my wife on my profile picture, has a father who is as white as Venezuelans come and I love my moreana because of who she is not because of color of skin. What a bunch of idiotic comments. And by the way, why is this news?????

Juango,

Afro, /afro-indian.....What about French, British and Spanish, indian from India.
JEEEEZZZZZ. Almost all "Native Caribeans" do not exist, Arrawaks, Caribs, Tanino-None have true non mixed lineages.

I treat women like royality. I'm certain your fiancee told you how well I treated her when we were dating years back. I guess that's why you are always following me from one forum to another. I'm sorry if I have been the man that she continues to compare you too.

We had the best sex, best time and best life together, if she tells the story. But for me, she was just another slut trying to spend my money. So I let her go. Now she's with you, a guy with clipped eyebrows, red lips and who visited Haiti and allowed Haitians to "roll their fingers thru your hair". I hope she thinks twice about you, because she may not be the only one wearing a skirt in the house.

Juango your comments are the most balanced and realistic among everyone on this forum. You state fact and most everyone else is bias, subjective and express ideas as personal opinions only

By the way...you are all wrong about these girls being DOMINICAN, rich or poor, hookers or middle class, tramps, sluts, etc...

They are likely not even CARIBBEAN since this photo is from 2008 - Nikki Beach, MIAMI FLORIDA!!!

The event where that photo was taken has nothing to do with the Dominican Republic. It was for Cosmopolitan Magazine, at Nikki Beach, in South Beach, Miami... what's the chance of those 5 girls being Dominican??? They are more likely from New Jersey...or Ohio...or Cuba for that matter...

What makes you think they are Dominican, just because the photo is posted on a Dominican website promoting a Dominican event? If you think the bikinis are Presidente green, they're not, they are from Old Navy... ;-)
