La Romana, Dominican Republic.- Twenty students from several high schools of the province with grades averaging 90 were awarded laptops by the Dominican Telecom Institute (Indotel), in a ceremony headed by its president Jose Rafael Vargas.

The official also inaugurated an advanced Wi Fi system to provide youngsters, businesses, tourism and the thousands of La Romana residents with free Internet.
