Santo Domingo.- To celebrate 120th anniversary since its founding, the newspaper Listin Diario, the nation’s oldest daily, held a mass to give thanks for its long history.

Monsignor Nicolas de Jesus cardenal Lopez Rodriguez officiated the Eucharist in the Cathedral Primada de América, where the prelate congratulated Listin Diario president Ramón Baez Romano and Editor-in-chief Miguel Franjul, for their effort as heads of that medium.

The oldest and most boring daily, that's for sure. Listín has been progressively going in a downward spiral ever since the take over by Baninter's nemesis, Ramoncito Baez, and he is running it from Najayo prison.
Previous legendary editor in chief Rafael Herrera (RIP), must be rolling in his grave, reading the weak and complacent editorials of Miguel Franjul.

How come the Listin doesn’t report on this constitutional coup?

Where was LD when Ulysses sold San Rafael, San Miguel de al Atalaya, Las Caobas, and Hinches to Haiti in 1897? LD was and continues to be a conspirator to Dominican destruction.
