Santo Domingo.- An important group of Cuban and Hispanic organizations of Miami will host a recognition for the journalist and writer Miguel Guerrero on Friday, for his  contributions in his media career and for his historical research.

In an emailed statement, the Cuban Cultural Inheritance, which publishes the magazine "Herencia" organizes the tribute, will also recognize Guerrero as a "Member Emeritus" of the entity and award him the International Alfalit Prize, for his efforts to benefit the Cuban community abroad.
