Santo Domingo.– The Palace of Fine Arts in Santo Domingo is exhibiting Colombian artist Fernando Botero's 67 works which focus mainly on the violence in Colombia.

Botero, who is an Italian resident, pointed out he donated these works to the National Museum of Colombia so that the citizens and peoples of the world could witness the cruelty suffered by a people affected by guerrillas and drug trafficking.

The exhibition has already been seen in Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Panama, Brazil and Spain and will be in Santo Domingo until April.
