Santo Domingo.- The hotels and restaurants in the La Romana-Bayahibe zone have 47 new cuisine technicians who graduated this month, of the around 200 kitchen professionals who've received training in the area during the two years since the La Romana-Bayahibe Regional Hotel Training Partnership was implemented, with the support of technical school INFOTEP.

The project provides participants with the training needed to qualify better job opportunities within the area of hotels, where the main economic activity is tourism, and benefits the residents of the community and hotelsemployees.
