Santo Domingo.– JetBlue Airways announced plans to expand its service at Orlando International Airport, with its first international service from Orlando to Santo Domingo starting March 6.
The daily nonstop service also includes the launch of Orlando-Cancun flights, starting March 13.
The airline said it will extend previously seasonal service on two Orlando routes to year-round service, effective immediately. They are Orlando to/from Burlington, Vt.; and Orlando to/from Portland, Maine.
JetBlue will also begin service from Orlando to Bogota, Colombia, later this year, pending route authority from the U.S. Department of Transportation. The airline said this would be Central Florida's only nonstop service to South America.
