Santo Domingo.– Costa Blanca, the billion-dollar project of renowned Dominican developers Group Metro, held its launch event with two days of spectacular
celebrations in Santo Domingo and Juan Dolio. The project was received by the
Dominican Republic and international press with great enthusiasm and
unquestionable success.
Costa Blanca, an impressive undertaking that will span
across 300 acres
of land and coastline in Juan Dolio, will encompass a mega-yacht marina, marina
village with retail and commercial space, ten condominium towers, 52 private
villas, a tennis village, clubhouses for both tennis and golf, a secured,
private beach, and the first signature Greg Norman PGA golf course in the country.
The highly-anticipated development will set new standards of luxury in the
area, and will bring forth a modern spin on private, high-end communities. With
top architects and designers at the helm, residents will find villas with
open-air spacing to showcase their wrap-around pools, condos where each and
every owner is afforded unobstructed water-front views, and an assurance that
every aspect and step of the project is environmentally sound and positively
affects the region.

"more exploiters and lousy jobs" say the whiners and complainers of the left ....they hate prosperity
From: United States
Viva capitalism! Those that complain of lousy jobs should know that without some of these developments; there'd be NO jobs (lousy or otherwise). Problem is most want to get rich quick with no sacrifice in mind and expect handouts in the meantime. Well handouts have to come from somewhere. Welfare is funded through taxes paid by citizens of a country; it just doesn't rain down or fall off trees. The more the economy grows, the more tax revenue is generated. It's all a domino effect but those whiners and complainers will always critize and complain. Yet these are the same folks that will migrate to other parts of the world already full of these types of developments only to be exploited elsewhere. Is this an oxymoron or what?

GC is the self-appointed defender of bourgeois class and its lies.
Will the food crisis increase or decrease the 42% poverty rate and will "Costa Blanca, the billion-dollar project" restrained the soaring poverty rate that threatens to engulf half of the people.
But bourgeois trash, cappie stooges ... and the like ... have always said that the poverty rate whether it's 42% or 62% or 92% of the people is irrelevant. The only thing that's relevant is the LUXURY RATE of the bourgeoisie and "Costa Blanca, the billion-dollar project" will surely raise the bourgeois luxury rate.
"Please, tell our cappie gofers, stooges, and toiletpaper roll carriers to cheer for the bourgeoisie a lot louder."
"Bourgeoisie, the way to go!"
[Louder, you fools!]
"BOURGEOISIE, THE WAY TO GO!"
PS -- During all the cheering for the bourgeoisie, did anybody else notice that there is nothing in the article about $100 M in sales about which the headline speaks?

GC, you seem to believe that you can't chill out, because you're getting a crazy check from the government every month and you fear the government will cut off your crazy check, if you chill out.
GC, you have nothing to fear; the government will not touch your crazy check if you chill out, because you don't become less crazy when you chill out, the craziness only jumps from one side to the other side of your head.
