Mr. Oliver congrats.

AA's flight attendants are not polite, nor friendly. They are rude and arrogant.

Your planes are dirty. I sat on a plane that had vomit on the side of the of the seat from DR to NYC.
Your restrooms on the plane are below par.

We pay your company good money to fly and expect good service; that means a polite, respectful, and courteous crew, a clean airplane, and decent food.

I hope that in your tenure this becomes a reality.

Good luck!!!
