The Dominican Republic stand in the Fair.

Santo Domingo.- To increase visits by tourists the Tourism Ministry (Sectur), 15 Dominican hotel companies and the airline Air France, recently participated in Paris’ French International Travel Market Fair.

Hundreds of French business leaders interested in the Dominican Republic as a preferred tourism destination were present in the yearly event featuring around 1,500 exhibitors and representatives from more than 150 countries, who promote their tourist attractions.

The Dominican tourism companies in the fair were Connect Travel Services, Casa de Campo, Casa Bonita, El Caballo Tours, Ect Events and Meetings, Meliá Caribe Tropical, Hoteles Barceló, Colonial Tours and Travel, Hotel Beds, Majestic Resorts, Viva Wyndham Resorts, Occidental Hotels and Resort, and Turmaya

The National Hotels and Restaurants Association (Asonahores) also sponsored the event which lasted until Friday.

Los apagones es un problem que ahora es que se le esta buscando solucion. No podemos parar todo el pais hasta que se solucione el problema de la electricidad porque si no estariamos derrotados. Please lets not be so pesimistic.
