New York.- Spanish women are the Web’s flirtiest and Dominican are third, reveals a study by the dating website Badoo.com, available in 240 countries and 18 languages.
American women are among the world’s least flirty, according to the study, and affirms that only Ecuadorians flirt less.
Spanish women flirt more than twice as much as the Americans when "making the first move" with the opposite sex, according to Badoo, which notes that more than 90 million contacts were made via their Website.
After the Spaniards, Polish women rank second, Dominicans third, Italians fourth and Argentineans fifth on the list, where Latin countries (Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian) occupy eight of the first 10 spots.
"Most of us would’ve expected men to do the first approach," affirms Lloyd Price, the marketing director of Badoo, which has more than 80 million registered users.

This study is from a dating site... Most women on there are cuerro so these numbers do not tell the truth about "flirting". Also, many Dominicanas are so sweet that one might think that she is flirting when in fact she is not.

I am not surprised about the americans being at around the least... too many american women think is all about them.
I am surprised Colombia was not mentioned, though, I am sure they are somwhere high on the the list.
Now, we have to take one thing into consideration though. Latin based speakers are very sweet talkers and that language just simply does not translate into the anglo world. We usually speak like this to almost anyone whether a waitress, clerk at a store, etc:
"Oye linda, por favor XYZ"
"Cariño, me traes la cuenta"

I know many Dominican women, not just in resorts but in cities and rural areas, and most are not obese, scammers or prostitutes. I have been living in the Dominican Republic for over six months and am married to a Dominican woman and she is a wonderful wife and not obese, not a scammer or a prostitute.
However some are, especially on dating sites, and maybe at resorts too.

Look, I know many Dominican women that are career oriented, but this does not take away from them being nice and friendly to people, and take care of their man. I did say earlier that most american women are about themselves, but even if you go out to central US and the south, you will find the dying breed of american women that do take care of their man.
As a man, I don't expect my woman to be my servant by all means, but I do expect my woman to take care of me and be nice, why? because my woman expects the same from me that's why.
P.S. For whoever found that article that the dominican women have a higher obese rate than american women that is pure BULL SH^IT. I could spend a whole day in Santo Domingo without seeing one fat chick, whereas in the U.S. I can't even go two blocks without seeing one. I think that report may be including those that are thick in the right places, but I don't think anyone would call them fat by all means.

Most dominican women in the Dominican Republic definitely do take care of their man, because have plenty time to do that, they are not working out side and do very few house work in the house( the men are there to PAY and women are there to PLAY) Send those women to USA to wake up a 5am prepare breakfast, send the children to school go to work , back home at 6pm after pass-by to the supermarker carring heavy staff, pickup the baby from the babysitter, go home and cook, help the older chilcren with their homework, clean the kitchen, prepare clothes for next day, put the children to sleep and take care their man ( do you believe they have much time to themself?) Most of you are right, most American women are out of shape and focus too much on career make their own money. Badoo is a spain focus who only described a group of women not only dominican but of other countries too, who go overthere to dating men and be nice for $$$$$$
