Punta Cana International Airport.
Toronto.– Thomas Cook Canada and Jazz Air LP celebrated Friday the
launch of service out of Halifax Stanfield International Airport with a
direct flight to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The winter program from Halifax will offer three weekly departures to
three destinations in the Caribbean and Mexico, specifically Punta Cana
in the Dominican Republic, Montego Bay in Jamaica and Cancun/Riviera
Maya in Mexico on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays respectively.
Operated by Jazz exclusively for Sunquest's flying program, the Thomas
Cook Canada fleet will transport hundreds of thousands of Canadians to
vacation wonderlands in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas,
Jamaica, Aruba, Curaçao and Costa Rica.

Actually this is a misleading headline. Nowhere does it state a number. It is simply a corporate announcement about services from a departure point, already serviced by Transat, Sunwing, WestJet and CanJet.
Thomas Cook is simply Skyservice reincarnated after it went bankrupt last spring.
Aside from the small minuscule fluctuations yearly, there should be little to no change.

One simple reason. Canadians are trying to escape Canada. A boring place where street cleaning is the only excitement.

Meet a number of Canadians - seems to be popular.
Balcones del Atlantico is among a number of new properties and has a wonderful new restaurant.
http://balconesdelatlantico.rockresorts.com/The appeal of such resorts to Canadians will grow for the discerning tourist once the travel industry is up to speed.

How do you get your numbers regarding how much Canadians tip?
Do you stand around DR airports and survey Canadians as to how much they tip?
None of your posts make any sense or add anything of value.
