Samana, Dominican Republic.– As an intro offer, RockResorts Balcones del Atlantico is offering a “Paradise Discovery” package through April 11, with blackout dates over Christmas week. Rates start at $300 a night for stays of five nights or more, including transfers to the resort.

The luxury villa resort is located in the fishing village of Las Terrenas on white sand beaches on the Samana Peninsula. It features 86 two-and three-bedroom villas plus a RockResorts Spa, two pools with swim-up bars, a beach restaurant and bar and a gourmet deli.

Samana is home to one of the largest breeding grounds in the world for humpback whales. Between January and March each year, thousands of whales from the North Atlantic population migrate to the region.

This is absolute bargain for a 2 bedroom villa.
I don't know what planet you come from!
The villas are beautiful and the location superb.
Bahamas rates in January are 500 dollars a night for a double room without meal plan.

I am living in El Portillo and pass by the project 4 times a day... Every time i see people there. In the restaurant and in the project.

Most of the units which are done are sold. More than 95%. What is for sale at this moment is under construction.

Must be.... yes, perhaps, something else.... hard earned money !!!!!
