Nepal.- The Excelsior Group, formed by four Dominicans headed to Mount Everest, is already in Namche Bazaar, a city of Nepal’s Khumbu region.

Namche is 3,440 meters above sea level, nestled in mountain slopes that lead to the Himalayas and all hiker in the region of visit it on their way other parts of the region.

Adventurers usually spend at least one night in the city to adjust to the soaring heights.

I wish the best of luck to the team. I climbed Matchupichu in 2010 and it was not easy.
