Punta Cana, D.R.- The Punta Cana Ecological Foundation, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and The Nature Conservancy, recently held the first Sustainable Marine and Climate Change Adaptation Conference in the country.

The conference sought to make easy to the exchange best practices, create and strengthen partnerships, and promote a forum to expand its work on marine conservation in the country.

The conference, held in Punta Cana Resort & Club, served to present environmental protection development projects and to share experiences on programs and initiatives currently being implemented in the country.
