Punta Cana, Dom. Rep. – The Consorcio Dominicano of Competitividad Turística (Dominican Touristic Competitiveness Partnership) (CDCT) this week unveiled the project Dominican Treasures, a certification issued to products and tourism services that adhere to the standards of quality and sustainability.

The Project is based on the Global Criteria for Sustainable Tourism, approved in 2008 by more than 40 companies worldwide, to promote universal principles of responsible tourism.
