Santo Domingo.– The Interactive Media Awards (IMA) honored Sivory Punta Cana Boutique Hotel with an Outstanding Achievement award for 2012. The IMA recognizes the highest standards of excellence in website design and development.

Created by the Interactive Media Council, Inc., a nonprofit organization of leading web designers and web-related professionals, entries are judged based on design, content, feature functionality, usability and standards compliance/cross-browser compatibility.

The IMA honors individuals and organizations for outstanding achievement in an annual competition open to those involved in designing, developing, managing, supporting and promoting websites.

“We are excited to be recognized as among the elite group of IMA winners this year,” said Carmen Rosa de Torres, Director of Sales. “Our website is a primary source of business, and its success is driven by our ability to provide an engaging, intuitive user experience that reflects the style and true character of the Sivory Punta Cana Boutique Hotel.”

The award is a result of Sivory Punta Cana Boutique Hotel’s partnership with TravelClick, the leading provider of revenue generating solutions for hoteliers across the globe.

Your hotel is wonderful. My wife and I have been there many times and we live in Cabarete. We have been there by plane and car and always wonderful. The main problem with your hotel is bugs. You are at the entrance to a National Park and unable to spray properly for the too many bugs that live in your hotel. It is a wonderful property. The rooms, the restaurants, the pool, the beach, but, along with it being at the end of nowhere, the insects, the bugs, the mosquitos and others who are more than anything one can do, take over a beautiful facility. Forget your website, fix the property and its environment and then win an award, unless it is more important to stay on your website than your hotel.
