Punta Cana, DR.– Thousands of local and foreign tourists will gather today to celebrate Punta Cana’s Carnival 2013, which includes the attendance of dancing and disguised troupes from the Dominican Republic, Aruba, Curazao, Haiti and St. Marteen.

The carnival will dress the 1ro de Noviembre Boulevard at PUNTACANA Village and will feature the participation of over 15 Dominican provinces.

Great marketing if this is meant to fit in with Spring Break it will really be a huge draw in the years to come.....the young kids are looking for action and they have credit cards to blow out on their vacation before next semester.... Punta Cana will fill every room and maybe it is even safer than Rio ..LOL

This is a good activity and fun, if you can suffer large crowds.

It shows something great happening outside the all inclusives.
