Well, so much for the tranquil town atmosphere of Constanza. Some of the residents will welcome the influx of money. However, the town should not overwhelm itself. It is a farming community with little infrastructure to manage crowds and unusual elements. Save it for Jarabacoa.

That is right. To hell with the people of Constanza!
Who cares if it can help their economic situation there?
Who cares if it will provide jobs?
Who cares if it will help put food on their tables and medicines for their children?
Who cares if it is their town.

It is important for guillermone that Constanza maintains it's status quo and it's economy stagnates so he can know that it will be as he remembers on the chance he might actually visit there.
