Washington.– Analysts and even supporters of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton have said she needs to win two big states next week to keep her presidential campaign afloat. But her advisers are seeking to put the burden on front-runner Sen. Barack Obama, saying if he doesn't sweep all four states Tuesday, it would show Democrats are having second thoughts about him.

Obama's string of 11 victories since the Feb. 5 "Super Tuesday" contests has raised questions about the viability of Clinton's candidacy. As recently as Feb. 20, even former president Bill Clinton pinned his wife's hopes on Ohio, in the Midwest, and Texas, in the South.

"If she wins in Texas and Ohio, I think she'll be the nominee," the former president told a Beaumont, Texas, audience. "If you don't deliver for her, I don't think she can be."

But in an e-mail and conference call to reporters Friday, Clinton's campaign laid the groundwork to keep her campaign alive if the results are disappointing Tuesday in the four states, which also include Rhode Island and Vermont.

Obama has been leading the former first lady in the popular vote, committed delegates and fundraising. In Friday's conference call, senior Clinton strategist Howard Wolfson seized on those facts to reshape expectations about the Democratic contest.

So, Clinton says that Obama can win Texas and Ohio, but she's in good shape if she wins Rhode Island and Vermont.

Two weeks ago, nobody even mentioned the small Rhode Island and Vermont primaries.

senator hillary clinton voted for the war in iraq that has killed hundreds of americans, leaving widows wifes and orphans kids. senator obama voted against it which makes him the best candidate not only to win the nomination but to win as a president of the united states. he has a wonderful record and he is smart and that is one of the reasons that people should observe in a candidate like him. some places in the united states looks like third world countries cause of the poverty level and spending billions of dollars in a nonsense war in iraq could make a difference in improving peoples lives.

"senator hillary clinton voted for the war in iraq that has killed hundreds of americans," Sammy wrote.

oooo

It may not be as important as the deaths of "hundreds of americans," but this war that Clinton voted for has occasioned the deaths of 1.2 million Iraqi citizens since 2003.

The latest scientific study that confirms earlier studies of the massive genocide or the "surge" in war-related Iraqi mortality

http://www.opinion.co.uk/Newsroom_details.aspx?NewsId=78

John Hopkins University, a US school, was one of the first in 2004 and again in 2006 to conduct scientific studies of war-related deaths in Iraq where Iraqis are the victims.

Most US citizens figure that only 1.2 million Iraqis killed is not enough to cause concern, so most US citizens focus almost exlusively on a few thousands US troops reported killed in Iraq.

The weather in Houston is usually cold.

The temperature may lower the turnout today.

If Obama supporters have more zeal than Hillary's, then Clinton will be hurt more by the cold. The reactionary GOP scum which is crossing-over to save Hillary may stay home and await the results on TV since their hearts aren't really into a bourgeois liberal like Clinton.

Vice versa if the opposite is the case.

So far, Obama is the confirmed winner in Vermont.

No word on Texas [where I live], Ohio, and Rhode Island.

"The quasi-conservative entertainer Rush Limbaugh a plan. Up until the Texas primary, he'd been urging his Texas radio audience, who proudly call themselves "ditto-heads," to place a vote in the state's election for none other than Hillary Clinton. His aim is to hand the New York Senator a victory in the Lone Star state, and thus prolong the Democratic contest," reactionary journalist David Knowles wrote.

oooo

Reactionary voters have a right in many states to vote for whomever they please ... either their liberal adversary or their fascist savior.

But why doesn't the slimy US capitalist media cover this story if Rush Limbaugh ... America's reactionary media scumbag ... and most other reactionary talk show hosts are trying to swing Democratic Party primaries toward Clinton because they see her as the weaker opponent of the conservative scum which McCain represents?

At least, the conservative rats in the media can mention that Clinton's base consists largely of white women, "hispanics," and CONSERVATIVES.

But these rats hide the story about the conservative cross-overs.

Now that McCain has clinched the GOP nomination, reactionaries can flock in mass ... temporarily ... to Clinton to assure she gets the Democratic nomination.

The filthy capitalist media media know that these cross-overs aren't Democrats, rather these reactionaries openly sabotage of the Democratic party. But the whores in the bourgeois media don't consider this sabotage to be news.

Why isn't this news, too?

Hillary Clinton got a boost from Ohio, Texas, and Rhode Island. Pundits say she picked up a lot of single women in those states. Ironically, so did her husband
