Dajabón, Dominican Republic. - Haiti is “seriously" interested in collaborating to eradicate the mafias which traffic Asians, Cubans and other nationalities to Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and the United States, official Haitian sources said Sunday.

Jean Batistie Bien Aimé, Haiti’s consul in the Dominican province Dajabón (northwest), which borders with Haiti, denounced that a powerful international network is trafficking with migrants using his country, whose authorities are pursuing its ringleaders.

Haiti’s reaction takes place one week after Dominican authorities detained 28 undocumented Chinese and Korean citizens and returned them to Haiti, and are now being held by police in Fort Liberté (north).

Eradicate= to Haiti's politician mean to push for more money from these cartel. Since DR is taking the initiative over the last few days to protect the border. These comment by Haiti's politician will usually make the nighly comedy. They are really good at pretending to people outside their country that they are running something. hahaha

Remember when Preval told the UN that they will distribute the food to the people and he was told a big NO WAY RENE.

Once again, when I say that you are a bunch of racist on the weak pickers, you'd be fast to jump on your high horses. If your government says so, what don't you, for once, give it the benefit of the doubt, and just wait and see to find out whether or not it is a hoax.
The way you're talking makes it look like Haiti is more corrupted than your country. You are so delusional that It's become hard for you to understand the simple fact that we don't even have one third of the resources that are available to your law enforcement authorities and tp your armed forces. We can merely count on 8 000 policimen and women who are severely under paid and under equiped, and an occupaying army of mercenary of about the same size which 3/4 are deployed in Port-au-Prince, leaving the country interior free for criminal activities.
Before starting your racist rethoric, why don't you ask your government to give us a hand by deploying more law enforcement human resourves along the borderline?

Not one comment preceeding yours had any racial tones. Indeed, they where mocking the Haitian goverment's current claims but that's no different then what's done to similiar proclamations by the DOMINICAN government on here and you would find such examples if you cared to look. Playing the race card in this instance is, well, a tell-tale sign of serious insecurities on your part. No one's gone there BUT you.

I wonder if he would be as quick to jump the gun if it were jamaicans or bahameans the ones making the remarks, ciby. People whom, by the way, are not better than us in their treatment of his compatriots. But one can't blame him, cuz' just like our intellectuals have taught our population to use the haitians as the scapegoat for our problems, the haitian intellectuals, by the same token, have taught their populace (or at least the ones fortunate enough to have access to educational means and the media) to use the race card whenever and wherever a white man or other evildoing (according to their criteria) foreigner tells the truth to their faces. The "we're black and poor and everybody hate our guts" card. Apparently, the other caribbean countries (specially the ones from the french and british blocs) can use and abuse them without the haitian society and media raising so much as a murmur about it, or at least, not receiving the blasting and scourging that we receive on a daily basis.

I knew that, as usual, you would be quick to play the denial card once more and to minimize your bad taste and racial jokes, but you must understand that there are some kind of jokes the jews and the Blacks won't take from nobody, because they remind them of old wounds.
I am not here to play fun to you or your government, but to have civilized and respectful exchanges, however, most of you take a funny joy to belittle or to trash us.
You have to admit that the actual state of my country and people, and the way they've been treated not only by you, but also by most of the world is a powerful catalyst of paranoia for all Haitians who love their country and people.
How do you feel when someone get on your country and people case? Don't tell me that you like it because I might not be an long time ago visitor of this web site, but I am used to it enough to witness your rage and anger when someone says something about your country or people that you don't like.

Let me see oupala07 is posting from Canada, but is his griping about how everyone is trashing his country Haiti. And vacanos is fighting back for the DR from the USA.

does anyone from either of the countries involved live in those countries, or is this a UN battle.

oupala probably hasen't been to haiti since he was 7 years old. vacanos frequently visits the republic when he gets a chance so i would consider him more involved in his country. oupala has alot of soul searching to do and if done would be of great benifit.

If only Haiti would stop the trafficking of HAITIANS ,we would deal with the Chinese and Cubans perhaps even keep some of these since they can contribute to the growth and cultural enrichments of DR .

LOOK OUPALA without the racist bunch bullshit , I'm agreed with you the DR government and Haiti's government are equal corrupts and they only care for their families the rest of the country is just trash for those politicians.

Now I hope that Haiti also control their people from entering DR and destroying our forest and stealing cattle and killing people.

When they got beheaded that bitch of Sonia Pierre raise hell on the country, but in the mean time they can do whatever they want to and she is blind to all of that shit.

FUCK THAT BITCH.
